These Terms of Service ("Terms," "ToS") govern your access to and use of Playtask Ltd's educational mobile game, Sparkfield (including its website, mobile app, and related services, collectively referred to as "Services"). By accessing or utilizing Sparkfield, you enter into a binding agreement with Playtask Ltd, located at Lythragkomis 5, Lakatamia, Nicosia 2324, Cyprus (“Playtask”, "we," "us," or "our"), and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or guardian to use our Services, and it is understood that your parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf. It is the responsibility of parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's use of our Services. Accessing our Services may also require compliance with third-party platform or site policies in addition to these Terms.
Our use of personal information in connection with the Services is outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. The Privacy Policy can be found on the Sparkfield website.

If you disagree with any changes, you must immediately cease accessing our Services, and your license to use our Services will be terminated.

Should there be any discrepancy between this version of the Terms and any translated version, the content and interpretation of this English version shall prevail to the extent of such discrepancy and as permitted by applicable law.
Limited License
Subject to your agreement and continued compliance with the Terms of Service and all relevant policies of Playtask Ltd, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use our Services, including the Sparkfield game and its website, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree not to use the Services for any other purpose and to abide by all applicable laws. Playtask Ltd and its licensors reserve any rights not expressly granted herein.
Use of the Services in violation of these license restrictions is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right, to the fullest extent applicable under law, to determine whether your conduct violates these Terms and to take any action we deem appropriate.
Account Use and Restrictions

No Re-access for Banned Users: If you have been previously banned from accessing our Services, you are prohibited from re-accessing them.
